I’d like to be a new client.  What can I expect? 

It’s easy to become a part of our massage and bodywork practice.  Through our easy online scheduler, clients are able to quickly find a time that works for them. You can book today and will be lead through our intake process.  If you prefer to email, call or text, we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.  

On the day of your session, we’ll begin by going over your health history.  We will also ask about your goals for our work.  Together, we’ll prioritize what’s most important to you and come up with a plan for your session. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions about us, our training and approach.  Once our intake is complete, we will transition to the hands-on portion of our session.  To learn more about what a session looks like, check out What Happens During a Session.
